Okay so the more salt then the more water? I'm writing down my weight once a week but when there is scales there I always end up jumping on them so I do it daily :/

I see where some of you are coming from, I feel like my belly has gone down a lot recently which I've been happy about, maybe I'll stick to more of a visual weightloss rather than the scales! And from now on I'll cut down on the salt haha

Sorry it makes sense to tell you all the details, I weigh 87kgs, I'm 21, 6foot and go to the gym for roughly and hour 5 days a week doing strictly cardio...

Oh I am 100% going to make it a long term thing! Was just thinking is it even worth doing the exercise if my weights just going to go right back up!? But that's just me being stupid and impatient I guess... And salt!? That can really make you gain weight? I have sooo much salt on everything!
