The best I ever did was when I had someone with whom I checked in with every day. I would give her my workout and she would give me hers. I went to the gym several weeks ago and this lady in her 60's weighing less than half my weight and at least 10 years older was pumping iron double what I could do. I wasn't so much the gender as it was the size and age. A motivational embarrassing moment!!

Thank you.....I don't believe you can do this without preparing yourself mentally and leaving your ego at the door. I need to put it all out there for the world to see and get a good dose of humility....that will motivate me.
