Totally not a doctor but I did get probed by one earlier this week. With that said, I can think of no reason why IB with codeine would impact fat loss. They may appear to impact weight loss because of the constipation and water gain issues, but this would not impact fat gain or loss. My guess would be you've probably lost…

If you have a smart phone there are a lot of free apps that will track your walk with gps and can give you distance, time and speed. Runkeeper is one example but there are quite a few.

Revenge! No, wait, it's how much better I feel when I exercise and how much better my mental attitude is when I do. It just seems to clear my head, and take my stress levels down a notch or two. Speeding my weight loss is just a fringe benefit.
