I was looking into the same. I have two friends with Nike Fuel Bands and they love them. I am going with the Fitbit Force only because it does sleep and stairs. I think both are good. I've seen the Jawbone and did not like the fit. Good Luck

I agree the protein bars are a watse of calories. I think the meal plan looks ok but consider trading the milk for fat free. I had a hard time making that switch but you get used to it espically in the shakes you wont even notice it. If you are working out a lot I would consider a gram of protein per pound of body weight…

Not sure how your diet looks but I cut my fat from probably 150g or more down to 50 or less. Calories are important to watch but not as much as making sure there not empty calories.
