I am actually struggling 2 eat 1200 calories... I never go hungry and i am 47 and 5ft 2 and 135 lb..is this because of my age??? I am really struggling with 30 day Shred... I just finished day 2 but can only last 15 minutes... This morning I couldnt even get out of bed properly every muscle hurting... I must be so unfit... I am 47 years old just hoping everyone is right and it gets easier :0

I started mine on Monday but can only last 15 minutes... I must be so unfit :((( height 5 ft 2 weight 134lb I am going to try and build up 5 minutes extra over the days :D

I have been using this fitnesspal for nearly 3 weeks now and am addicted... did really well 1st 2 weeks but i seem to have stuck this week even though i have been so good :((((
