Thanks! I also like having all that information in one article, and while I knew some of what it was saying there was also a lot of new information for me.

Thanks for the suggestions. I sometimes think I'm addicted to carbs!

Thanks. I'll have to start adding in stregth training then! I'll try to up my protein too but I'm a vegetarian and so the obvious sources of protein aren't an option for me, and God knows I eat enough eggs but I'm sure I can add in more protein. Thanks.

it took me ages to get my head around things too. I lost the main bulk of my weight a few years ago and I always still felt self concscious. I remember putting on a jacket I hadn't worn in a long time just cos I couldn't find anything to match what I was wearing so in desperation in grabbed it,hoping it would button up and…

This past week has been my first week. I lost 5lbs. I know though that the fist week is usually a big loss for most and mext week I'm hoping for 1 or maybe 2 lbs if I can get some good exercise in. I've done ww and found it worked quite well for me.This time I've decided to see how this works for me.I didn't find my local ww meeting very useful so I found I was spending money just to stand on the scale.

I've never joined a challenge like this before but, here goes. I figure this one is a good one to join since I'm Irish. Though we say St . Paddy's Day over here. Anyway, I want to have lost 15lbs by Patty's Day! I think this is a realistic goal for me.

I have the same problem! I just joined up here but at TOM I try to exercise more cos it'll give me more calories to work with and it helps with TOM pains. Maybe drink diet fizzy drinks ,even though I know they're not a god thing to drink, but they might help the sugar craving without all the calories.

Lasagna made with eggplant instead of noodles sounds delicious! I love eggplant but never thought of doing this. Thanks for the tip!

I became a vegetarian about a year ago after seeing a documentary on tv about chickens. After watching it I just wasn't able to seperate animals from what was on my plate, before it never bothered me,I could totally seperate the two but not any more. Since becoming vegetarian I realised how little meat I actually used to…
