Haha...I'm addicted to cheese!! I don't think I'd be able to give it up. This kinda tuna noodle casserole is my only other staple recipe for tuna! =)

#1. Unfortunately I live with people that continuously choose #3 and #4. I really just want to lock them out of the bathroom and tell them to go in the freaking bushes!! In this case, I really wouldn't care if they put the roll over or under as long as they get it clipped into the freaking holder!

I'm 5'5 and a half. lol. My goal is about 150. I'll be so crazy excited once I even hit the 160's. I've almost always been in the 180's, then I shot up to my highest in college at 213. I haven't yet gotten the guts to try hitting up the weights vs. using the machines. I would love to get any advice available that would help me get more from my workout. I wonder, if I go to the front desk and ask for help navigating the weights, would they actually help, or would they just try to force personal trainer…

Yeah, I try to make leftovers whenever I can too. But we tend to have heavy dinner meals which aren't always healthy. Like spaghetti. Yeah, I'd rather log everything on the same site, MFP. So I wasn't sure if the flowlink was needed for anything besides logging to Polar's website.
