My first week or two on here, I didn't even diet. I just logged everything I was eating like I normally would, just to see a trend of how bad I was consistently eating. It was definitely a shocker!

Ants on a log? Celery topped with peanut butter and raisins. Though I've also heard they're good with cream cheese instead of peanut butter. I haven't tried that version. I like peanut butter. =) Not sure how it ranks on the healthy meter though.

Haha, I've got one. I randomly find good exercises to try out, but by the time I want to get started, I forget what exercise it was. :ohwell: But I have used it for chest flies and for squats against the wall, which is a bit easier for me since I can never keep my balance with squats!

I'm really bad at keeping track at the steps/miles I cover, unless I'm on a treadmill. But I'll keep on truckin, logging my weight and working towards weight loss and muscle tone. =)

WOW, that's awesome!! Congrats on placing 2nd! I'm planning on getting a good playlist together and just enjoying my stride. It's a big month for me...I turn 30 on the 20th!! I'm totally in...let's see what I can get done before my birthday. I already know there's going to be a couple days that are going to give me a challenge, but they won't get the best of me. =)

I absolutely would!! A couple of my cousins went sky diving a few times, once for one of their bachelorette parties. They were wanting to get their skydiving license. I'd so be up for it, even if it's just once. It's a bit costly for my budget though.

Happy Birthday to you!! Haha, my 25th was a bunch of friends getting together at a bar that was having karaoke that night. I'm told I had a good time and sang 5 or 6 songs. Apparently I sing pretty well when I'm drunk. =) At least I wasn't sick the next day, so that was a bonus!

It's the second race she's ran with this same pregnancy. From what I've heard on the news, the baby is healthy with no complications. I'd be too scared to run such a long race (or even run at all) so close to delivery.

2.15 miles (mostly) jogged today! I've never been a runner, so I've been steadily working my way up from my already fast walking. Lost 2.2 lbs this week, surpassing my goal loss!!! WOOHOO!! Now does anyone know if I can update my goal and still show the 26 lbs lost? Basically, I want to extend my progress bar without showing back to zero lost.

3.5 miles done so far! Woohoo...not stopping there though. I like that I'm starting to feel more comfortable jogging. Haven't gotten to the push-ups yet...procrastination. I'll get them started tomorrow. =P

I think I'd need to find a different way to work the triceps. This one is a killer on my neck and shoulders. Maybe my form is just completely wrong. Not sure.

Awesome! I've already got half the running down from yesterday! Water is no problem, the pushups will be a little bit of a challenge, but doable. (no commercial breaks for me...no tv!)
