I've always found that when I am in need of help or healing, I find a prayer site and I pray for other people. I always feel better.

That poor girl. I thought Master's Cleanse was just for 3 days and supposed to just target the liver. I have had luck doing a light cleanse when I've had trouble using the restroom, but a cleanse should not be used for weight loss. It is temporary and water weight mostly. The weight does NOT stay off.

Hello, add me. I don't love high impact exercise, but I do like weights. I just find that I can't do them because my shoulders really can't take the strain. Too many years of being hunched over a computer. I am really loving barre exercises. They are low impact and great for toning. Good luck on your journey. You can do it!

I wear an HRM and do barre workouts at home. 5'2" and 122 lbs. I burn 175 to 200 for a beginner DVD, 250 for Bar Method Change Your Body, and 313 for the Dailey Method long workout. I mostly still do beginner and intermediate workouts and am working up to advanced.
