I've been having good results with Clif Builder's Bars, available at Walmart and Target. I've been using it as a meal replacement for breakfast and lunch. They have 270 calories so I have to pair it with a banana or some nuts for a snack. 20gm of protein per bar and large enough to be filling.

Good luck! This really works if you stick with it. I REALLY recommend using the mobile app if you can so you can keep track of dining out, which has always been trouble for me. Chris

Gin and diet tonic with a twist of lime is my fav. 64 cal for a 12oz drink. Tangueray Rangpur Lime gin is my personal fav for this drink.
