Maybe you can give it a try for one month or something? As it's difficult for you to exercise outdoors, it may be a good motivation to have everything in a quite warm place.

I didn't know for Jilian Michaels' Dvds. That is true that I didn't try on Amazon. I will! It's ok to count to ten. The most difficult I think is to get familiar with the names of the moves (I don't even know them in French lol) but after a few vids it's easy is your English is correct. Thanks for your answers!

I have the same issues , guys. I have no problem exercising and it shows (a little ^^) on my body, but I waste my efforts because of food. When I'm with my fiance, I cannot help myself from having too much bad food. If I try to fight, sometimes I win. But the day after I cannot fight food anymore. I'm having hard times.…
