Hi there, I'm new on this group and I will definitely not be able to lose 20 lbs by Christmas, but I'll do my best to lose 8 or 9 lbs! I'm currently 5"0 for 154 lbs. (1m54 for 70 kilos) and I've planned beginning the C25K programme tomorrow. Thanks for creating the group and good luck everybody!
