Calorie intake is not as important. Eat until you are full and only eat when you are hungry. As long as your fat is high enough as you become adapted you will naturally start eating less calories as you will be full for longer period of times.

This is the reason for starting with just the bar. It is not only the time to learn the proper form but to train your body on the form. By the time you start getting to the point you are at you have preformed the move so many timess that your body knows through muscle memory how to do the exercise. I started the program…

Depends on your diet needs. If you are trying to follow a low carb diet or if you need to watch your carb intake to help control your sugar because you are diabetic then yes to much protein can work against the benefits of the low carb diet. From the looks of your diary I would say you are not following a diabetic diet nor…

They are like the King of Keto foods. They can be used to replace so many different things. I like to crush them up in the food processer to use as the binder in my Low Carb Meatloaf or the breading on chicken and pork chops.

Couple more photos from my Mud Run. The first one is of a Marine that truley inspired me during this run. He is a 25 year old Marine that is a triple amputee from an IED that hit his caravan. This marine ran both the individual 5k and then later in the afternoon competed with his platoon in the team run.

make the IMG lowercase inside the [ ] and can get rid of the rest to make it work or use the direct link from photobucket rather than the img link and add your own around it (no space between g and ]

Remember motivation is like bathing. It doesn't last and is recommended daily. So don't worry about what has happened before right now and find the motivation to change going forward. Look for new motivation everyday and understand that sometimes what has been motivating you will fade and not work and you will need to find…

Keep walking as much as you want to. The walking isn't what is causing you to lose weight. You are not eating enough and that is why you are losing weight. Figure out what your TDEE is and make sure you are eating maintenence calories + your exercise calories to avoid being in a deficit and you will not lose weight.

First off dont use the word can't, you just need to retrain your body to do them properly. Start off by doing body weight box squats. You can use a chair instead of a box. Stand in front of the chair and squat down until your butt touches the chair but don't actually sit down. Both sides of your butt should touch at the…

Stronglifts is designed for every level of lifter from the novice to the experienced so the weights start low for the novice to be able to perfect form before getting to what their real workout weight would be. For someone that is more experienced I would suggest starting at no more than 50% of your current 1 rep max or…

A deload is when you lower the amount of weight you are lifting because you have not completed 5x5 on the lift and continue progressing from there Example Bench is at 100lbs on Mon you do 3x5,1x4,1x3 On Fri you do 4x5, 1x3 On Wed you do 4x5, 1x4 Now since you have stalled 3 consecutive times on the same weight you would…
