Did spin class for the first time last night!! Holy Cow!! Went for a walk/run this morning. So I'm at a total of 200/1000. I started in the middle of the month and got sun burnt this week...so I have some MAJOR making up to do. But I still think I can do it!!!

Took dogs for a 20 minute walk. 100/1000 Need to do more, but I have too much school work to do today......guess I'll make up for it tomorrow!

Walked for 25 minutes this morning. Going to Body Pump class at 6 for 60 minutes! Bring it on!!! 85/1000 Minutes

It takes time. Keep it up and keep running and running a little more each time. You'll get there!! 5k's are tons of fun and very addictive....just remember to rest when your body tells you to and stretch everyday!!!

Im just trying to make better choices. The eating part has always been the tough part for me....so hopefully I will make better choices this year!
