  • The thing is though.. I kinda have made a habit out of it. Like I said, eating 1200 calories is a challenge most days.
  • I was busy! I swear I wasn't even hungry until now though. I think my body's been in starvation mode for a loooooong time now, and I just haven't noticed because I haven't been tracking my food intake. Eating 1200 calories is actually pretty hard for me to do. Not that I don't love food!
  • Now, what if I don't eat the extra calories? Will my body go into starvation mode?
  • BAHAHAHA! Okay, that was great. I have my account set to lightly I think.. And I usually always preplan and gobble up all the extra calories. I also changed my dietary goals to about 100g of carbs a day. How would I have a deficit over a week?
