Just played "Thrift Shop" by Mackelmore for my husband. We are going to Goodwill tomorrow to look for some "lost weight but not down yet" clothes. It seemed appropriate.

I agree with the whole "I'm not on a diet, so why would I cheat?" thing. I don't think it's comparable to cheating on your spouse, but I also think it's silly to have a day (or days) where you splurge. I just started yesterday, too! I have a 2 year old and she lays all over me during crunches and wants me to hold her during the jumping jacks. I have on tights today, which never make anyone feel skinny (at least that I know of), but a lot of my pants are feeling looser in the thighs, which is where my problem area is. So, hooray!
