I actually started Ripped in 30 three days ago, but here it is: 13 pounds down (about 5 of that was before I started 30DS). Inches: Bust - 35" to 32.5" Natural Waist - 31.5" to 28" Around bellybutton - 34" to 31" Hips - 39" to 38" Gotta love it!
