Bad a checking in! I did week one twice somehow...so now I am on week 2's plan. Today was Cardio-that and speed 1.0 are my fav's. Power was out on Tuesday so I am deciding if I just skip it completely or make it up on Saturday. Double Friday tomorrow for the 4th. Yippee.

These sound great. I bet you could put leftover whatever meat in them and adjust the seasoning to fit the meat!

I am a day off-I started 6/17, but thinking I might try and catch up over the weekend. First 2 workouts not bad...now I am scared for total body cardio tomorrow! Oh well there is always the modifier!

Hi- My name is Amy, started T25 today (a tuesday). Currently about 130, looking to T25 to lose the last 5 pounds or so. I did P90X then 21 Fix (2 rounds) lost 12 pounds (most on 21 day fix) and have had great upper body success, looking to up the cardio and burn the lower body fat!

I would suggest more veggies and protein! There's lots of debate on what the right amount of protein is-you can search here or google and get lots of different answers. MFP would say about 45-50 grams a day, Dr Oz will tell you 75 and the list goes on.... I would try to hit the MFP goals and see how that works for you! I…

If you belong to a gym try the recumbent bikes. I broke my toe and had no issues riding them! Good luck!

Was going to say Aldi but someone beat me too it, we have them in Wisconsin as well. Trader Joe's is also a good option for things like brown rice, whole wheat pasta. I buy whatever produce is on sale and looks good, as a result it's normally what's in season at that time so often it tastes better too! 2 other tips-cook at…

Check out the Eating Well website, they have tons of meals under 700 Calories. 90% of my dinners are way under that and I use this site/magazine a lot!

Same here, love the FF Half and Half, I use it in recipes that call for heavy cream and can't tell the difference. Not sure how the do it-rather wouldn't know! I also will use flavored coffee if I want to mix it up.
