Oatmeal Peanut Butter Breakfast "Cookies"

I love grabbing a couple of these in the morning they are really quick and easy.
The recipe below makes 12 cookies at about 122 calories each.
4 bananas (mashed)
6 T Natural Peanut Butter
1.5 Cups of Oatmeal
(you can also add in almonds, walnuts, or chocolate chips if you want)
All you do is mix it all together, put it on a baking sheet using a spoon and bake on 350 for 18-20 mins.

Bump means saving it in my forums to refer to later. I'm just guessing (I'm no baker) but I think the oatmeal cooks while the cookies are baking.0

hey kirkor. i tried cutting out approx. half of the peanut butter, and added 2 scoops of protein powder and a mix of water and vegetable oil. it got too dry and crumbly with just the powder. i'm sure there are better variations, but that's how it went down in mah kitchen.0 -
