OK I dropped 27 lbs very fast with doing the MFP however I stopped losing weight no matter what I did until I upped my calorie intake. I did all the calculations per this thread and have been doing it for the past 2 weeks. I have now drop 2.6 lbs since Thursday. My body has finally desided that Im going to keep feeding it…

My bike gets closer and closer to looking like a harley every time I touch it. I had a batwing on last season. I haven't either I have just been doing the HASFIT 15 minute insanity cardio workout and I really feel it in my legs. I started his 90 day warrior program tonight.

I have been doing the 15 minute insanity cardio workout for about 2 weeks. As soon as my vga to RCA cable comes in I will be starting the 30 day program then hoping to go right into the 90 day warrior program. I love these workouts. Anyone that wants to add me feel free.

have you taken measurements? I gained almost a 1/2 lb last week but dropped 2.5 inches total doing 30 DS and HASfit cardio insanity 15 min workout.

^^ Heart Rate Monitor is the only way to go for 90% of your workouts. Lifting weights is about the only thing I would think the HRM wouldnt do much good on.

Nice work. I am doing 30 day shred going to day 3 next and doing HASfit 15 minute insanity cardio workout together so Im sure I will see results soon enough. Im going to day 4 of the HASfit workout tomorrow.

I would like to see the proof that you burn more calories on a treadmill over an elliptical. Everyone burns at a different rate based on weight, age and physical level. It also depends on how hard you push yourself. My wife burns more calories on the treadmill then I do but I burn more on the stationary bike then she does.…

I have 30 DS coming in the mail but have been doing HASFIT 15 minute cardio insanity workout I found on youtube. Its rough and really works up a great burn.

I like when we have grilled chicken tacos for dinner. Season to your likings then we use a low cal pita and then some grilled onion and a little sauce of your choice or just plan with some mild pepper rings.
