I need some help with deciding my activity level. I have all my numbers but needs some advice. If anyone could help that would be great.

So glad to see this thread continuing on. I have had some crappy riding weather here in Michigan but will be rolling 4000 miles this week. Still have a chance of 6000 before the first of July.

Ill hit 2250 miles for the season on my way home today. Picked up another bike to build in my spare time. 74 xs650 that I will be hard tailing and making into a bobber. Hope to have it done by next spring.

No they are all the same I just push myself every Friday just to see how far I can go. When I feel it I just keep going. If I can go Ill go if not Ill stick with the intervals for the days/weeks program im doing at the time. Today was W4D1 I jogged for the first 10 minutes then fell into the intervals from there. 2.18…

Im starting W4D1 today. I jogged 20 minutes straight friday instead of doing the segments. I think Im going to do the same today and just do a 2-3 min warm up then jog it out then 2-3 cool down.

I completed W3D3 today. I did the 5 min warm up and then jogged for 20 minutes straight then cooled down the rest. It felt great.

26 degrees and clear tomorrow so a riding I will go...to work. Should be a real nice ride home. Next week looks like a full week of riding also. Here comes riding season.

We actually still eat almost everything we used to. Just in moderation now. Really the only things I have cut out is pop, chips and fast food(for the most part)

For me the motivation comes from me wanting to be healthy. If I had more time in my day I would work out more. I started out slow and have pushed myself to do more and more everyday. I would not stop cardio. I would bump up the cardio and the pace of the cardio along with weight training. Every lb of lean muscle will burn 70 calories an hour.
