i'm 5'5 and i have always been big even in my skinny days. i would love to be around 150 but i can settle with 160-170.

trying to drink 8 cups a water a day does really help me stay under my calorie goal whenever i drink less than 5 cups of water i tend to go over my calorie goal. the extra cups of water does help keep you full and not wanting to eat extra calories throughout the day.

roast beef or pastrami on wheat are pretty low in calories when it comes to subway. i usually get subway once a month and those are the two i stick with.

i wouldn't suggest cutting out dairy completely but i know i switched over to almond milk and i love it.
