@nvmomketo , I was thinking the same thing until I looked their wing sauce which has zero carbs, so I am hoping it's a misprint.

@Christine_72 I appreciate your sentiment but was asking a nutrition question. We are all glad you'd boycott Hooters and that's your right. They make awesome wings and provide thousands of jobs to both men and women and their wings good. Best of luck to you with your fitness goals.

Thanks..good information and guidance..I understand that most of the foods are user generated and I understood that when MFP was a small company, but now that they are owned by UnderArmour I would think they would strive to be more accurate.

4 weeks on induction lost 30 lbs..60 more to go...I am at 20..some days around 8..rare days go to 22... it's easier than I thought but in the doldrums of winter there are less parties and social functions so the plan is to build this into my lifestyle by summer and holiday season--which I kind of have already.

I can't see your diet but agree..low carb anything that resembles bread, tortilla etc...is a no no in the beginning and glad to see your doing that..I wish FP would actually show net carbs in the meal and weekly totals..it does not..only in the invidual meals does it show net carbs...still a good tool...keep carbs to under…
