I eat 50% carbs, 25% fat and 25% protein. and eat 1400-1600 calories a day depending on exercise. I use vegetables as free food. I still add them but to me they are free.

From June 1 to October 1 I am down 12 inches from my hips, bust, and waist. I am now at a 31 inch waist and my goal is 26 and size 6 jeans. I am currently a 10. I measure every 2 weeks but only count what I see on the 1st.

This is why I try really hard not to eat back my exercise calories. I also do not have a HRM and I put in for the same running and time as you and got the same. I think it is high.

I like pure protein bars and body fortress whey protein powder. I use the powder with milk but you can use it with water. Special K makes protein meal bars as well.

My settings are set to 50% carbs 30% protein and 20% fat. I haven't really been losing pounds but I have lost 8.5 inches since June! Protein is awesome haha :tongue:

I like smoothies in the morning if I am running late. I use 1c skim milk, 1 scoop of strawberry protein powder, ice, yogurt, and some banana. Also, protein bars are good for on the go. The Yoplait smoothies are good too :)
