I'm following it. Did 2 miles today - 1 miles outside and 1 mile with one of Leslie's videos. Then did a 12 min. ab video (I think it was supposed to be lower body today, but I did them backwards). I have an account on Twitter, but I find it confusing. I haven't done Twitter very long, so not sure if I just don't know what…

Here in Iowa I always enjoy the Fall Festivals/Craft Fairs. My sister and I always go to one on the 2nd weekend in October. That's the peak time for the leaves turning. We always start out early in the morning and go all day! We usually come home with some treasures for decorating our homes for the Fall and for Christmas.

Got my 30 min. (2 mile) walk in tonight - did the new Walk It Off in 30 Days video. It's bit more energetic than some of Leslie's videos I've been doing!:smile:

I went to WalMart late last night to get Leslie's new video for the October challenge. I was going to buy the Walk It Off In 30 Days video only, but they only had the whole 30 day challenge kit for about $25 - so I bought the whole thing! I got home really late last night and wasn't able to get up early enough to do Day 1…

They say that being part of a like this makes you more likely to stick with your program, so you are on the right track. I know it's also important to drink lots of water, which I don't do very well yet.

Hi. I turned 60 this year and just downloaded the My Fitness Pal app on Sunday. Glad to find a place on here for the over 60 crowd. I'm determined to get into shape and lose some of the weight that I've put on over the summer.
