My goal will be 15 miles this month; the other days I will be doing other work outs--love my step aerobics that is kind of walking but I have no idea how to calculate it.....

Got my 30 min. (2 mile) walk in tonight - did the new Walk It Off in 30 Days video. It's bit more energetic than some of Leslie's videos I've been doing!0

Hello, I'm new to the group and would like to join the challenge for October
Most of my miles are done on the treadmill but it died on me 3 weeks ago and I've been using the various Leslie Sansone videos on youtube since then. The new one is coming on Monday but, having lost an inch from my hips and half an inch from my waist in the interim, I am going to keep going with the video workouts as well.
I'm aiming for 50 miles a week so will commit to 200 for the month.
1-Oct : 3.1 miles - slow start as I'm riddled with cold germs and couldn't summon the energy to exercise :sick:0 -
I'm lowering my walking goals for October because I'm also playing tennis pretty regularly and doing other things. Goal for October 30 miles.0

Hi everyone, I have been away from the Leslie Boards for a while, but now, with the weather changing, and the days getting shorter, the DVDs are perfect. I still plan to continue my outside walking as well, and my goal for the month is 50 miles.0
