Weekly check-in. Halfway through the month, and I'm halfway there, so that's a plus! Last week was the first time in months that I did a walk every day. This group is a great way to stay motivated (and thanks, texas, for the words of encouragement - for me and for everyone!) Last night, I had a late meeting, but I still popped in a tape when I got home. Tonight, I selected a different tape and it had the boosted walking in it. Man, I'm out of shape! I did the first boost, but not the others.
Envious of those fall leaves! We never see those gorgeous colors here in Phoenix (although we do have gorgeous colors in our sunsets!).

I had a wonderful long walk in the river valley on Tuesday too.. woke up this morning with cellulitis in my little toe now on antibiotics and bedrest

surreyhills, Yes, that is exactly what happened to two dear older friend of mine. It was frightening to see how ill they were when that happened. That is why I was happy that you recognized the need for treatment right away.

well, it is the 19th but I am going to jump in here anyway! :bigsmile: I LOVE Leslie, but have been completely off track for the past 3 months or so. So.......12 days left in the month and I will commit to 20 miles........can't wait to start tomorrow.
