Eat a nice cheat meal then go back to your diet and change up your workouts. I would probably add 200 calories to your daily intake as well overall! Good Luck!

Always go for the dark leafy greens or baby spinach and if you want healthier options for dressing, try mixing vinegar and dijan mustard (basically free calories here) or vinegar and olive oil (has more calories but it's healthy without all the added crap from the store bought stuff! .

It must depend on the maker of the dress also because mine was exactly the size of my normal clothing. I did not have to order mine, got one off the rack at David's Bridal. Had to have alterations but mainly just in length since I'm a shorty. Good Luck and enjoy the journey!

Lemon Juice and dry seasoning so there are no added calories. Bake 425 for 16 minutes Another way is seer in pan with 1/4 inch of water and dry seasoning. Takes about 4 minutes each side and water will evaporate by the time it's done. Once again, no added calories. OMG - had to edit typos twice...sorry...lol

I've never used a HRM to calculate calories burned. I alway use my bodybugg. It's 99% accurate all the time and my results have been dead on. I think in the 300's is a pretty high estimate for under 20 minutes of cardio but then again, I don't know you personally.
