Treadmill - It's much more versitile You can walk, jog, run, steep incline, sprints, etc. Elliptical is boring for me.

When I answer the phone I always say "this is Bernadette" to which most people reply "Hi Brenda" I don't get it! Also, I go by Berni and when my husband and I are together and I introcude us as Brock and Berni, people always think I'm Brock and he's is Berni...lol

I have never physically attempted to weigh them but I did get the formula to the weight of implants based on the number of cc's so I do have a good idea of what they actually weight...lol

BMI cannot differenciate between LBM and BF so if you ask me, it's a worthless #. I'm 5'1", 126lbs, BF is 18% and I wear a size 0-3 depending on the clothes. I have no clue what my BMI is. You can't count anything as water if it's not water. Yes teas and coffee are liquids but it's not water and will not hydrate the way water does! I drink my weight in ounces daily if I can which is roughly a gallon of water a day and I have 2 cups of coffee and 1 tea as well. I don't even count the water mixed in my protein…

missing breakfast is bad, workout out and not eating is worse. your body will end up fighting back eventually. 11 am is too late for your first meal of the day. Breakfast can be anything as light as a granola bar, protein shake, banana, etc. You really should feed your body if you are asking it to exert energy for exercise.
