Same here, 1-1.5 hours stationary bike, plus either weight lifting / softball / ab ripper x I'm trying to burn 1000-1500 cals every day. I'm at 192 lbs right now.

I love reading any articles talking **** on BMI since I used to focus on weight lifting instead of cardio. But many articles also say that its only inaccurate for a extremely small percentage of the population. i.e. steroid taking body builders. So, BMI is still applicable for most people...especially with how easy it is…

Another indicator which I read is a better judge of health is your recovery heart rate. Basically you work out and then time how long it takes to get back to your starting heart rate. I'm not sure how hard or long your workout should be so google it if you want.

If you are healthy, you don't have to drink 8 glasses everyday. "have a beverage with meals and drink when you are thirsty." http://www.scientificamerican.com/article.cfm?id=eight-glasses-water-per-day

I looked this up when I started, they are talking about added sugar. So basically don't count the sugar from fruits. http://www.reducetriglycerides.com/diet_triglycerides_sugar.htm

The problem is my Garmin Forerunner tracks my kcal based on distance so it is useless on my stationary bike heh. Also, I can't enter my age and weight into my bike, so I don't really believe that...Guess I'll just go with the greater one :D

Yea, I buy everything on amazon. Two day shipping with Prime and no tax! I usually cave in and buy things on my wish-list though...

Pretty expensive, make sure you stick with it to get your money's worth! I gifted it to a friend and they no longer use it. :(

I like the idea of reinvesting in your weight loss! I already have P90x, adjustable dumbbells, a pull up bar, and push up bars. Oh and a exercise bike which I love. Maybe I'll get a medicine ball or something, need it for the GSP workout in Maximum fitness! Though Vegas is still very tempting...
