I think we have trouble seeing a difference because we look in the mirror everyday. Our friends who we don't see everyday are noticing the difference!

As long as it doesn't hurt too much, go for it. There was a recent article that found light exercise was better on injuries than no exercise...not sure if I'll be able to google that article, but I'll check. If something looks too hard to hurts, skip it.

I asked a doctor friend the same thing about calcium, potassium, and vitamin D...he made it sound like the risks outweigh the reward, something about heart conditions lol. He recommended just adding more milk to my regular diet to get my daily values. So I wouldn't add any supplements unless a doctor told you you had to.

I would try each workout once before starting to get your body ready for p90x. It'll get rid of some of that first-week soreness and get you familiar with all the moves so you don't have to watch tony before each workout. Remember, if it's too much, you don't have to do the whole workout. Stop early or take breaks whenever.

Try to do 10-15 reps, at a weight where you really feel the burn on the last few. Do 3 sets of that. Mix in higher weights and higher reps so your muscles don't get used to the workout.
