Red velvet cake, I make it from scratch at Christmas. I could eat a whole one right now.

I baked a Red Velvet cake (grandmother's recipe) and polished it off in three days over Christmas. That doesn't include everything else I ate. I hate to even think about all the food I was putting in my mouth.

GNC is 20% off today. I've never tried quest bars. I've been using the protein bars from Aldi. They taste ok but they have tons of sugar. Should I try Quest instead?

Thank you. I am going to go with .5 pound per week. Some days I'm good with around 1300 but other days I'm starving so if I get to eat more by being patient that works for me.

Congrats! It really is a great feeling. I had to learn to appreciate small loses instead of looking for a big loss all at one time. Slow and steady is working great for me.

My husband did the same thing last night. He bought Krispy Kreme doughnuts - covered in chocolate!! I didn't eat one bite!! Yay!!
