Who doesn't love anything thats fried, but i am really trying to stay away from that stuff because it is my weakness I LOVE FRIED AND GREASY FOOD.

Its hard to do any of that while sitting at this stupid desk at work but I will be hitting the gym at lunch, maybe that will help. Then tonight going for a nice walk with my babies, that usually makes me feel better.

the pushup and squat challenge you can find on line by putting in the search pushup challenge and squat challenge and you have to start by seeing how many you can do at one time and then it gives you a breakdown of how many you should do every other day and by the end you are suppose to be able to do a certain amount…
