yes and i was shocked and tried to tell her thats not true but she didn't want to listen but i eat more than one serving of both a day and it works for me i am very healthy according to doctor and my blood work every 6 months

I think for me most to the problem is not the carbs themselves but what i add to them, like the bagel with allllllllll that butter and i love to do the same thing to pasta, loads of butter and some parmesian cheese OMG so good. i get my fiber from other places, i eat granola bars because i enjoy them for my sweet tooth and they have less calories than some other things that i could be eating and have more benefit to me personally then a candy bar would.

you should try a receipt i just tried on the food network, its a pinneaple ginger teriyaki turkey burger OMG it is so good there were none left because i ate the leftovers before they went bad.

I didn't cut them out, i still eat them in granola bars and things like that but i try to eat carbs that are better for you if that makes sense

Dancing may not be a "sport" but it works a lot of muscles that you normally wouldn't so its great for fitness and as long as you love it who cares what other people think
