Turkey sandwich is what I pack. Along with carrots and a cucumber. You could get some baby spinach, lettuce, and grill some chicken and make a salad. With balsamic vingeratte .. its taste amazing

Yes, you're right. A "cheat" day was needed to cure my cravings. I call it cheat because you really are cheating yourself from your diet. Not sure why people have to critic me on how I use my words.. oh well

Is it okay for some who weights 250ish to do the 1200 diet with no excercise? I eat a lot of vegetables and make sure I get my nutrition. I feel great!

I get my nutrients throughout the day, a bunch of vitamin c, a, b... plus this ravioli isn't as bad as what i use to eat... i will excercise once i lose some weight.. :D

Get a good purifier system. Good, purified water tastes a lot better. Also a lemon or lime can help too!
