Calories in vs calories out is true to an extent. The issue is that is not a blanket fact. This is nothing new... it's just that there is more to it than that for most, especially women. Those who tell you it is, are wrong. Think about it... if that was true simple math would bring everyone to their goal weight in X amount…

I have been doing them for 2 weeks now. Love the workouts, but yes she is so annoying! and the pulling people up to demo these simple moves is wasted time, and also irks me. I have started using my ipod when I do it, so I don't have to listen, and going right into the next move instead of waiting for her to pull a member…

This Sunday I made Italian turkey burgers (make turkey burgers with plenty of chopped veggies, serve on portabello cap top with marinara and Parmesan, serve with broccoli), homemade lara bars, breakfast enchiladas, chicken and blackbean sauce with veggies over riced cauliflower), and homemade doggy treats for pup. Can't…

^^Yes, prepare yourself for the responses. That being said, I do believe when I ate a lot of fruit it hindered my efforts when I got down to the last 10 pounds. By process of elimination in my diet it was the culprit. Now I just try to not go overboard. I started evening it out a bit with veggies to keep the sugar lower. I…

I hated cottage cheese (except for in a shake) until I tried it with diced grilled chicken, franks hot sauce and celery and carrots on the side. Talk about amazing, it's like a chicken wing party without the guilt!

Cool! I did day 1 today, I agree, awesome video. This is the method of training I would use at the gym, so I am really comfortable with it. She is a little annoying, she reminds me of a wrestler the way she talks. (My kids watch wrestling, not me! hehe) Totally loving it though! Definitely glad I got it!
