Favorite Lifting/Workout Plan?
Curious to what people are following, or the split etc. I have done Jamie Eason's Liv Fit twice, and I love it. I've added to it and modified some, but have gotten great results. Looking to change it up and try a new plan for the next few months. What are you MFP peeps doing these days? :smile:

What are your favorite homemade masks, conditioners and such? I love to experiment... it has been awhile though, I would love some ideas. I read just plain old avocado on the face is great for your skin. I had one browning so I smashed and put it on my face for about 20 minutes last night and my skin feels AMAZING!

What is your favorite Paleo cookbook? I'm trying to figure out what to get next. I have cooked basically everything in Well Fed, and I have to say Paleo or not it is amazing. Nothing disappointed me!

Just made Pad Thai from Well Fed... OMG. So amazing! Love the cookbook too. I got starts with food, and returned it for Well Fed. So glad! I was looking for a cookbook, not a book on Paleo, so Starts With Food isn't much for recipes.

How do you "get in the zone?"
Working out at home is NOT the same as the gym... mostly mental I know. I'm in a spot where I can't get to the gym for awhile with my schedule, and not working out is def not an option! That being said, any tips/tricks to get pumped up for a home workout?
