Let's get saucy, shall we?

I like to stick to basic grilled/broiled meats for quick weekday preparation. I would love to hear some healthy sauce ideas to dress it up some!

My current go tos are getting stale, but delicious so I will share...

2 cups chopped cilantro, 1 jalapeno, juice and zest of one lime, 1/2 cup coconut milk.... mmmmm

One diced mango, one diced avocado, juice and zest on 1 lime, cilantro and pepper to taste

And the last is pineapple relish, but I don't remember the preparation of hand... yummy though.
