Favorite Lifting/Workout Plan?

Curious to what people are following, or the split etc. I have done Jamie Eason's Liv Fit twice, and I love it. I've added to it and modified some, but have gotten great results. Looking to change it up and try a new plan for the next few months.

What are you MFP peeps doing these days? :smile:

    Wendler's 5/3/1... love it. Focuses on the key compound lifts, but lets me customize the accessory lifts to suit my goals.

    I have just started crossfit three days a week (M,W,F) and then I run twice a week. For me I needed help with technique so I need a trainor, but let me tell you....it kicked my butt. Best of luck to you finding a workout style you enjoy :)

    Yup! Used it for building a nice strength base. Then I moved onto DoggCrapp for hypertrophy. Recently I started a five day body part split with with alternative power/hypertrophy days that I made and so far so good. I feel like I know my body well enough to know what accessory work I need and what number of sets/reps increase my strength/mass the best.
