The only thing you can do without surgery is workout the chest with heavy weights. By building up the chest muscles it will give you a lift! It is a long road with a lot of work, but it will definitely help significantly.

I eat a crap ton of all vegetables, sweet potatoes, meat, coconut oil, avocado, nuts, eggs, fruit... pretty simple. Water, wine, and 1 cup of coffee a day.
