  • I have a mid-range Pro Form that I like. Not sure what model number. It's my second Pro Form, the first lasted amost 10 years. I use it for walking and light jogging.
  • I use a spreadsheet to calculate the weights, then log everything on http://www.freeworkoutlog.com. freeworkoutlog.com allows you to create individual templates so then it's just a matter filling in the weight and reps for your workout.
