Oh I always thought it was those damn pesky zippers they put on clothing these days, and not because I'm too big for that size dress. Yes I have a few dresses in my closet waiting for me to hit my goal weight. Good job, keep up the good work! Oh and very cute post!

Agreed, I go to the gym to workout! I can live without talking to family or friends for a couple of hours! They say if you don't focus on your workout you don't get much of an workout. Put the phones away or yes get some earphones so that we don't have to hear your conversation!!!

It's all about balance and portions. You have to eat a well rounded meal and try to use fresh ingrediants, processed food is full of things your body takes longer to process. Keep up the good work! I see in your face and arms! Some people gain all over and loose all over so sometimes it's hard to tell the loss. I'm that way so when I loose it takes a while before it's noticable! Keep it up you will be at your goal before you know it!

I would tell her that you can eat out, just moderation and be familiar with place before you go so you know exactly what to order. Most resturants will accomidate to your diet. I love tattoos and have several but always wanted one on my belly area. So when I loose the 40 lbs I've got hanging around most of which is hanging around my core area, I'm getting a huge on right on my belly!!!

As you get older your body changes. I remember when I was 21 at 108 lbs and started gaining as my age went up. Just stay active and eat healthy. I didn't do those things and now I'm 42 at 170. Would do anything to be 130, I know I will never be 108 again. It's not about a number its about how you look and feel!!!
