Cologne Perfume and Scented Oils
What happens to you when your working out and then suddenly you are smacked down by a persons scent of choice? I've had to move a couple of times it's been so bad! Anyone else out there as sensitive to this as I am? I feel like some people take baths in the stuff, ugh! Or am I just sensitive?

Drinking Water During Workout
Okay may be silly question, but I find that I get really thirsty when working out. Is it okay to stop and take a drink or should I just push through and drink down when I'm done. Sometimes the water does a little jiggle in my belly while working out and can be annoying. Ha just curious!

5 lbs in two days
I'm new to MFP and wanted to make sure I'm on the right track. I started Monday 14th of Jan and got on the scale this morning and it reflects that I've lost 5 lbs in two days.
