All above is great advise, I want to add that if you are exercising make sure you eat back calories. It sounds strange but I've learned that if your body is craving say protein and doesn't get it than it will store fat because it's not sure next time it will get some. So eat what you burn but make healthy choices to FEED…

I would try and give them up! Use them to reward yourself (for being good all week without) at end of week have one, will be a great treat ;-) It's hard but it will pay off both in weight and money ;-) Good luck!

Yay, now I don't feel so much like I'm the only one here. I can't wear perfume I have to wear oils (Egyptian musk) to be exact. Anything else I go into raging sneezing fits. My husband and I do occasionally sword fight with Shinai practice swords! It is a lot of fun and is a great workout.
