Daily Burn on Hulu

Anyone out there using daily burn on Hulu? I'm thinking about it for days I can't get out to gym?

    I got a subscription to the Daily Burn for Christmas, I just use it on the website or the Xbox. I love it! you can do the daily 365 or pick a program and follow along.

    I have been using Daily Burn for over a year and I LOVE IT! First, I hate the gym and I am not a runner. Second - I think its $12 a month, you can stream when you want and they have some great programs, trainers, and variety. They have workouts with and without equipment. (weights, steps, etc.) It is pretty old school, meaning what, they do what works. You hate planks, tough, lunges get ready, squats - OH MY GOD! But these moves work. And because they offer so many levels of intensity you can easily choose a program that works for you. And best of all, most workouts are 1/2 hr. Third - I did lose weight with it, (along with calorie monitoring). I went from 196 to 140 in less than a year. A size 18/16 to a size 8/6.
    My muscle tone has improved, I am stronger, leaner, and far more active. I am taking a little break currently from the more intense programs because of holidays and weather, doing Daily Burn 365 which is light to intermediate, but I make modifications to work harder. I use hand weights, jog between sets, move faster, and I am still burning a lot of calories in that half hour time. What you put in you get out. As in any program. But the great thing about 365 is there is a different trainer and workout EVERYDAY! You never have time to adjust, you are always doing something new. And they have live out of shape and in shape people working out with them. A community. And you can see how these people are changing week by week.
    I have done Tae Bo, Pilates, Yoga, Belly Dancing DVDs for years and never saw the results I see with Daily Burn, simply because I don't get bored. I can switch things up, add and subtract workouts, follow their recommended programs or do my own thing.
    I know I sound like a plant, but I really enjoy this program and it won't hurt to try it. If you hate it cancel and move on. But with trainers like Bob Harper, what have you got to lose.
    If you are new to working out, DB 365 or their first level with Justin are great starts. If you are more intermediate and looking for strength Black Fire is AWESOME. And if you want to push it Inferno and Inferno HR with Anja Garcia is intense. Then there is yoga, pilates, dance, tabata, kettle bells, Live to Fail with weights - I could go on. I won't.
    Hope the info helps, and sorry I went on for so long but this program has helped me succeed. I love when others can find something that helps them succeed as well. If you try it I hope you love it!

    Like the poster above stated, you'll get out of it what you put into it. I hate the gym and dont have the physical stamina or ability to do prgs like PX90. Daily burn gives a lot of options and even within each program they will show modifications you can do.

    Results are subjective. I do a lot of the yoga and pilates so my flexibility is improving and will do some of the daily 365 if they don't involve a lot of jumping around. I do like that I can do it on my timeframe and some of the trainers make me really look forward to the next workout <3

    I'm really interested in giving it a shot, perhaps I should try it before giving in and buying a cardio machine for my apartment.

    Sorry ha I just tried for first time yesterday as I've been able to get to gym! Loved it will be doing at least once a week!
