What happens to you when your working out and then suddenly you are smacked down by a persons scent of choice? I've had to move a couple of times it's been so bad! Anyone else out there as sensitive to this as I am? I feel like some people take baths in the stuff, ugh! Or am I just sensitive?

I've been known to discretely follow heavenly smelling men around stores...

I'm just saying that a little goes a long way, and that sometimes it's hard to breath with too much ;-) Happy workout!

I find it REALLY obnoxious when I'm trying to enjoy a treat meal in an expensive restaurant. I tiny bit of scent is fine, but beyond that it's infringing on my happiness.

I prefer BO to strong perfumes I think. I don't smell it in the gym as much as I do in the locker room. Sometimes right after a workout, the smell can make me feel nauseous. I blame Bath and Body Works. No one needs to smell like cotton candy.

a person goes "nose blind" BUT I hear ya... it depends on the scent... the sorry part is... cheap scents seem to linger for longer than expensive ones... which is probably what makes them a bit more offensive. for the record.. I am currently alternating between Bulgari Soir, Versace Eros,

In general it drives me crazy. Men's cologne is often times extremely obnoxious to me (Polo anyone?) although there are some women's perfumes that are bad too (Poison for example). It actually makes me feel angry....like it stirs up something inside of me. I had to ask a co-worker to stop wearing it to work because it would give me a migrain and make me throw up it was so strong. Didn't help that he bathed in it either. I like cologne....just not so much of it. Good rule of thumb...if you can smell it on yourself, it's too much.

Yay, now I don't feel so much like I'm the only one here. I can't wear perfume I have to wear oils (Egyptian musk) to be exact. Anything else I go into raging sneezing fits. Don't get me wrong, I do like the smell of some on other people but when it's heavy yep again the sneezing fits. So yes like above comment if you can smell yourself then you've got too much on!

Don't wear any colognes or fragrances. At any given moment, I can smell like Cigars, Bourbon, BBQ or Motorcycles or any combination of the above.
