Hello! My name is Susan I am 22 years old and I weigh 169 pounds and am 5'1". My goal weight is 130-125 pounds. I am working towards a nursing degree, have a child and work full time. I also am probably going to start P90X!

I agree with the previous poster. I actually administer most of these meds for people at work. The Calcium +D is usually given at breakfast. I know that you shouldnt take Calcium with Iron. Deffinitly look it up!

I have been playing Xbox kinect and I just started incorporating daily exercise and oh my word muscles that I didnt even know existed in my legs are still killing me!

Good goals! Mine this week is no snacking mindlessly at work. Work always has candy, cookies, everything bad! I always snack mindlessly there. So that is my goal! Thanks!
