I got the Polar FT7 which I love!!! I was worried because I have tiny almost kid sized wrists and this isn't too bulky and has like 50 size settings. I got mine off Amazon.com for $109 but thats because they were sold out at the other places that were selling them cheaper.

It really depends on the Brand......I am wearing some 7's right now and some 9/10's. I started a tight size 12 and have lost 14 lbs. hope that helps. I should add it also really depends on if you are losing inches and where your losing those inches from.

This is terrible but one time at Sam's Club some idiot parked so close to me I could not even squeeze between cars to get my door open. I actually had to get in on the passenger side and climb over my console in flip flops. I was so pissed I got a pen and paper and wrote a very not nice note and left it on his windshield…

That is awesome. Nothing like a good walk/jog/run to burn steam. One time I was so mad at hubby I went for a run and it was like 8 degrees out and it felt good to burn steam. I burned calories instead of wasted words that would not have been so nice. Sorry to hear about your Grandma.

I get mine at Safeway in the bulk foods section. I believe its about $1.69/lb........For a quick Spanish Quinoa I add a can of Rotel Tomatoes and its yum.

I am 5'5" and 158lbs and burn anywhere from 225-275 (according to my Polar FT7). I zig zag between levels to switch it up daily. Hope this helps some.

I love Salmon or Mahi Mahi fish......I like to cook Mahi mahi in a pan with a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Zantaran's Blackened Seasoning. Mahi Mahi is a white fish that really takes on what ever flavor you season it with.

Thats how I was figuring it too as I read some where divide your sweat drops by 4.9 or something like that. THEN I got an HRM and realized it was actually more like your sweat drops divided by 11.5 an example of this is I burned 2380 "sweat drops" on the Just Dance 2 my HRM said I burned 206 calories.........2380 divided…

I think they are waterproof..........I do not have the flow link. I just make notes in my exercise journal daily.

I bought a Polar FT7 and I am so so glad I did most of the time MFP is at least 100 calories or more over than what my HRM says I actually burned. Thats a huge difference to me!!!

Medication, with diet and exercise is the key. I started thyroid meds about 7 mths ago. I am on a low 25 mg dose. Prior to that I was exercising daily and continued to gain.
