I love to use coconut oil, I use it for so many things. Removing my eye makeup, oil pulling, after I get out of the shower for my dry skin etc.....Its so versatile that me and a friend both ordered gallon jugs of it 2 year ago and I still have 1/4 of the gallon left.

Oh that is another thing. I would take the money I would spend on a carton of cigarettes for the week and buy myself something, like a workout DVD, Itunes etc........Rewards for good behavior!!!

I forgot to add that I tried not to avoid my triggers because thats what I needed to work though. I get the same thing most of the time. I found during my last run I was breathing properly and it didn't feel like "my lungs were bleeding" as in I didn't get the blood taste in my mouth. Curious to see what others say as I have never looked into it.

Best is definetly my Polar HRM (FT7), My 10 lb. Kettlebell and IPOD........The Worst would have to be some workout games I have bought for my Wii.

I also just got the Kettleworx workout. My 1st workout I did 2 different levels and boy was I sore the next day. You work so many muscles at a time. I LOVE IT!!

If it has a chest strap you should put it under your boobs. Just below your bra and make sure its tight(not to tight). I also have to wet down my electrode area on My polar chest strap.

I forgot to mention that I do find it hard to believe you only burned 100 calories......It must be a non reliable HRM. Sometimes I have to agree with my hubby when he says "ya get what ya pay for". I have learned my lesson over and over again.

Now that you have a HRM you will find the things that are really worth "your calories burned time". Dancing burns a lot more calories than the 30 day shred. I have to say I don't do the 30 day Shred daily just here and there and I rarely do level 1. I skip around from level 3 to level 2. Its weird but I think level 3 is…
