Thanks for the post.....I never add my cleaning and it seems like I do alot being a mother of 4 boys. I do put on a pedometer and wear it almost all day around the house except during my workouts and add that.

I like to rip up corn tortillas and throw them into soups to thicken it up and its adds another layer of flavor to the soups for sure. Family favorite at my house is I make flank steak tacos by grilling flank steak and making homemade salsa(roma tomatoes, cilantro, onions, a sprinkle of garlic salt).

I love soy sauce but I am also trying to watch my sodium as I am a crisy and salty girl not a sweet tooth girl. My friend showed me Braggs Amino Acids. Its a soy sauce alternative and tastes alot like soy sauce with way less sodium and its much better for you.

Jan 14th will be a year for me smoke free......I stopped cold turkey and packed on 30 lbs. just looking at food. My thyroid is a little to blame so I am on low dose 25mg . typroid meds.......Welcome to this site it seems like a great place to be when you have set your mind to lose weight!!!

Sorry that didn't sound right.....My question is How heavy should the weights be for starters? I did 30 min. of cardio workout this morning using 2 lbs. weighted gloves. Was wanting to add a medicine ball or kettleball to my "weightloss weapons". Any suggestions?

Great question.......I was also wondering this. Also how heavy weights etc.....I workout at home because going to the gym is just something I will blow off(I work from home and I am a Homemaker).
